Kittens are $600 regardless of markings, sex, etc. except for breeders

which are $1200 to select homes. A deposit of $100 is required to hold a kitten. 

Deposits are non-refundable.  A contract is required on all kittens. 

Kittens will have had their vaccinations (3-way) and been regularly

wormed before going to their new homes. Kittens will be eligible for

TICA registration upon proof of spaying/neutering

I will ship kittens withing the U.S.  Shipping price, paperwork and crate

will vary but is generally around $325

Purchaser agrees to the following Conditions of Sale:

1. Under no circumstances will this cat be declawed.

2. Under no circumstances will this cat be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, research lab or similar facility.

3. Adequate INDOOR sanitary facilities will be provided and this cat will be provided safety by not roaming in unsafe places.

4. If this cat is found to be neglected or in ill health for any length of time, purchaser will surrender said cat to seller unconditionally.

5. This cat is purchased for Show________ Breeding_________ Pet_________

6. If purchased as a pet, purchaser agrees to neuter or spay this cat between the age of six and 8 months after birth or within thirty days of purchase if this is an adult cat. Purchaser also guarantees that this cat will not be used for breeding if purchased as a pet.

7 .Seller agrees to provide pedigree and registration papers on this cat upon certification of neutering or spaying if purchased as a pet. If as a breeder/show cat papers will be sent within 30 days of purchase.

8.  The purchaser agrees, (at purchaser's expense) to take said kitten/cat to be examined by a Veterinarian within 48 hours (two working days) of delivery, in order to insure the health at the time of delivery.  The cat may be returned, (at purchaser's expense) along with medical proof of unacceptable condition to the breeder for another kitten, if one is available or for a full refund, if medical condition is found.  If purchaser opts to not have kitten/cat examined by a veterinarian, animal is accepted "as is," and breeder is not responsible for any
health problems.

9.  In the event this kitten/cat should die before it's first birthday, due to a fatal genetic defect, upon proof of this genetic defect, (in the form of a complete autopsy report from a licensed Veterinarian, along with an explanation), the Breeder will replace cat with another cat or kitten when one becomes available.  (No monetary refunds)  The Breeder must receive the autopsy report and proof of death within 45 days of death to be valid.  The autopsy report and Vet fees will be paid by the purchaser and are not refundable by the breeder.
